Please note DR NEIL BODSWORTH does not see patients NEW TO THIS PRACTICE. He does welcome all his own patients from previous clinics.

We thank everyone for their understanding and co-operation in these difficult times.

Some of our doctors and providers require their patients to wear masks, please call reception if you are unsure if this applies to you.

For anyone with any cold and flu symptoms, such as sore throat, cough, runny nose, sneezing, fever, chest discomfort, shortness of breath you must call the practice to book in so that suitable arrangements can be made for your appointment. DO NOT BOOK ONLINE

For vaccinations, pap smears, procedures, and more complex issues, please call our receptionist for the appropriate doctor and time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a strict cancellation policy and by booking an appointment you are agreeing to this policy. If you do not attend your appointment and reception are not notified of a cancellation the day before or first thing in the morning of the appointment, it will be recorded as a missed appointment. After 3 missed appointments you *will be charged a $50 fee* and will not be able to book appointments until the fee is paid. Missed appointments will stay on your file for 1 year. Please see reception for full details, allied health providers have their own policies in place.

To comply with social distancing, we ask when possible that you please attend your appointment alone. Adults accompanying a patient may be asked to wait outside the practice. Thank you for understanding.
